Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download from the school website. Initial complaints should be made to Ben Reading, Executive Headteacher via telephone on 01745 562500 or via email to ben.reading@optionsautism.co.uk. If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher please contact Ann Henderson, Regional Director on ann.henderson@ofgl.uk.
